We are proud to announce that all BW products now come with a 5 year warranty as standard.

 

With immediate effect as of 29th July 2025, the warranty term for BW products purchased on or after this date is extended to 5 years.

This is a return to base warranty and applies to any products bought through BW Broadcast directly or any one of our authorised dealers worldwide only. Any products bought though other channels will NOT be covered under the new warranty terms and conditions.

With WARRANTY PLUS, if your unit needs repair, we’ll send you a loan unit whilst yours is away. Upgrade from our standard warranty to WARRANTY PLUS for just £495 for 5 years. More protection, more peace of mind — effective immediately on all new purchases.

 

This is subject to the BW product in question being regularly serviced in accordance with BW warranty terms and conditions which include the requirement that servicing is conducted by BW, or by an engineer duly authorised by BW to perform servicing, maintenance and repairs on BW products.
